The random name picker uses the shared DecideJoy wheel engine. Names stay in this browser, and the selected name is chosen before the wheel animation begins.
No-repeat name picking
No repeats removes a selected name from the next spin while keeping an Undo and Restore all path.
Duplicates remain visible
Repeated names count as separate chances. Exact duplicates are highlighted so accidental copies can be removed.
Common questions
Can I pick students without repeating names?
Yes. Select No repeats before spinning. Each selected name becomes inactive until restored.
Are names uploaded?
No. The list is stored locally in this browser and is not included in analytics events.
